This service is operated by 3X Advisor Sdn Bhd to help consultants prepare agreements and customers review and sign them.

Using the service

Use the service only for agreements you are authorized to prepare or sign. Consultants are responsible for checking customer information, choosing the appropriate template, reviewing wording and fees, and sending the signing link to the correct customer. Do not impersonate another person, submit a signature without permission, or attempt to access another consultant’s records.

Reviewing and signing

Customers should read the complete agreement before signing. If information or terms are incorrect, contact the consultant before submitting a signature. Submitting a signature with the acceptance checkbox records acceptance of the displayed agreement. These service terms do not replace or change the terms within that agreement.

PDFs and Google Drive

Consultants can download an unsigned PDF after creating an agreement and share a customer signing link. After signing, the signed PDF can be downloaded. Consultants may optionally connect their own Google Drive for signed PDF storage. Drive saving depends on authorization, available account storage, and Google service availability. Check the saving status and download documents needed for your work.

Keep your Google account and signing links secure. Deleting or modifying stored Drive files, or revoking access, can prevent the app from retrieving those PDFs. Removing an agreement from the app’s list disables its signing link but does not permanently delete all stored data. See the privacy policy for storage, access, and deletion details.

Availability and assistance

Service interruptions or errors can occur. If a preview does not load or an agreement appears incorrect, contact support before relying on it. This tool supports document preparation and signing; it does not assess whether particular wording is appropriate for your situation or guarantee an agreement’s legal enforceability.
